Shipping policy

All regular orders ship within 1-5 business days using USPS Ground Advantage for our shipping service. Bulk wedding orders ship within 1-2 weeks. All orders will include a tracking number which you will receive when your order ships. 

In the event that your order needs to be split for shipping you will receive a tracking number for each additional box required to fill your order.

Stem Box Shipping

Free shipping. Please note if you buy more than one stem box they will ship separately from each other, but you will receive a tracking number for each box purchased when it ships. 

 

Please note MountainFloralGifts is not responsible for wrong addresses given. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address upon placing their order. In the event that a wrong shipping address was given and the package is returned to us the shipping and handling is non‑refundable. In the event that a wrong address is given by the customer and the package is not returned back to us no refund will be given.
