Ordering Information

Once your order is placed on our safe secure website, your order will ship within 1-5 business days, unless you ordered a bulk wedding order that will ship within 1-2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number or tracking numbers when your order ships.

If you are ordering locally a pickup time or delivery time will be arranged via email.

We do not accept cancellations or exchanges once your order is placed unless there would be an issue on our end for fulfilling your order. If that would occur, you will receive a full refund for the item that could not be filled.

Please note MountainFloralGifts is not responsible for wrong addresses given. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address upon placing their order.
